Introduction
Webamoeba is my personal website, who am I? A certain amount of anonymity is a good thing, so I'll let you ponder on that one. More importantly, what can you find on this website?! This site is dedicated to three things, WATS, Predictive Text, and Joomla! (yes, that's Joomla! with an exclamation mark... something to do with marketing, or so we are told).
Joomla! is an open source PHP MySQL CMS. I have been using Joomla! for a number years (back when it was still Mambo, and then Mambo OS). It's a good system, and has won numerous high profile awards. The latest edition, 1.5, has had a total rebuild and the new framework is quickly being adopted by the Joomla! community. What more do you need to know?
