Webamoeba Ticket System / Help Desk

The Webamoeba Ticket System (WATS) is the leading non-commercial Help Desk component for the Joomla! Content Management System. The project was established in 2003 in competition to the then top-dog help desk component, MaQma - a heavy-weight commercial Help Desk component. Since the launch of WATS the component has thrived and several new help desk components have been created based heavily on the WATS source code.
