Mail notification for WATS 3.x

The mail notification plugin can be used to automatically send users emails on specific events. For example, when a reply is recieved to a question. The mail notification plugin uses the Joomla! email API, you must make sure that your Joomla! global configuration has been setup for email for this plugin to work correctly.
